"Lacy"

March 23-1982~January24, 2005

Though we only had Lacy for a year she made a huge impact on the whole family. Having Lacy was a dream come true. Lenae rode her in her wedding, which was always a dream for her. Losing Lacy really changed us all and set us in a different direction with our program. She was everything that you could ask for in a horse, Anyone could ride her and she was such a people person. Unfortunately we lost her and her foal "Doc" due to foaling complications. She is now with "Doc" in Heaven.

 

 

 

Babe was an awesome mom and a great buddy. Even when the pain started becoming too much you could always count on her to greet you with a nicker hurry to the barn to eat. If you didn't scratch her butt she would keep scooting in your direction until you gave in! Her leg was broken as a foal and her previous owners did not get her treated correctly. She lived with us for 3 years and gave us a lot of joy and inspiration. We had to make the decision to let her go in March 2007. She is no longer in pain now and can run like the wind.....
